An action packed first day of conference kicks off with Mitch Steel from Stone Brewing, as first of our keynotes. The day continues with presentations from legendary brood like Tim Cooper, Chris White, Stan Hieronymus, Brendan O'Sullivan, Bert Van Hecke, and a collection of homebrewers who've gone pro. We also squeek in System Wars TwentySixteen: Rise of the Machines. The evening is rounded out with the ANHC Gala Dinner and AABC Awards Presentation.

The Adelaide Town Hall will host this year’s ANHC Gala Dinner awards night.  Set in the Auditorium with the grand Walker & Sons pipe organ, the stage will be set for the award presentations for the Australian Amateur Brewing Championship.

Our final event on Friday will see the current ‘Ratpack’ of homebrewers who have gone pro. The group will share their experiences on different pathways to, "Getting a foot in the door" of commercial brewing. The event will be hosted by ANHC's own Jeff Wyant, who has also made the journey from long-time homebrewer to professional brewer. If you are considering a transition into commercial/pro brewing, be sure to jot down questions as the session will conclude with audience Q&A.
