The general enthusiasm for, and information surrounding, sour beer brewing has grown exponentially over the last few years, and there are many valuable techniques and take-home tricks from the new world approach. Brendan will discuss a number of these developments, as well as some general tips on brewing sour beer in a modern, controlled fashion. Brendan will present for tasting a number of beers soured with various accessible strains of lactobacillus for your comparison and edutainment.
