Richard is a qualified professional brewer, with extensive experience in brewing production technical roles. He has worked in roles as both a technical and QA brewer for micro, regional and contract brewing companies in both the United Kingdom and Australia.
Richard now works for yeast and bacteria specialists Lallemand as the technical manager for Oceania. In 2010, Richard completed the Diploma in Brewing from the IBD and is currently studying for his Master Brewer qualification.
