Beer and cheese is a match like no other. A surprise to some but once you experience it, you won't go back. Let's make our way thru a journey of incredible local cheeses to amazing beers together. Four beers, four cheeses and a lasting impact on your beer appreciation.
$40 per ticket :: This Adjunct event does not conflict with another presentation, but it does take place over the last half of Saturday Lunch (from 1:00PM - 1:30PM)
Sophie Goldsmith Bio:
A co-director of NightingAle Experiences with Kirrily Waldron, Sophie has a wonderful range of experience in judging, education and talking all things beer and brewing. Sophie has been part of the home brewing world since 2006, where she started strictly in all-grain by her mentors at Canberra Homebrewers and since then it has influenced her travel, education and casual spending! Her event hosting took a turn in lock down, driven by the Keep Locals Alive campaign, she went online and in the end, had up to 100 households joining her online for beer tasting events. And to top all of that off, Sophie has put an enormous amount of her own time into making sure that ANHC 2022 is a huge success.
