Non-alcoholic beers have been available in supermarkets for a long time, but in the last few years the interest in low and non-alcoholic beers have been growing in popularity with craft beer lovers and homebrewers.
This seminar will focus on:
- Yeast and fermentation methods
- (Including) alternative yeasts to best achieve beers in the 0.5-1.5% alcohol range.
