Dan Rayner is BentSpoke Brewing’s Quality Control and Education officer. He is an avid homebrewer having participated in ACT and national homebrewing events, competitions and conferences for the last 20 years.

Dan has also roasted coffee for his own business and spent 10 years excavating and studying ancient human remains as a bioanthropologist.
