Health and Safety
You must not attend if you feel unwell or have any symptoms of illness associated with the COVID-19 Coronavirus.
You must comply with all COVID-19 Coronavirus requirements of ANHC venue, The William Angliss Institute, Melbourne Campus, whist attending ANHC22.

Vaccination Status
As per the Victorian Government guidelines, students and visitors attending the Melbourne campus are no longer required to show their vaccination status on entry. Staff are still required to be fully vaccinated to attend campus or have a valid medical exemption.
Face Masks
Face masks are no longer required for staff and students attending campus, although they remain highly recommended when physical distancing is not possible.

Adjunct Sessions
It is a condition of your entry to any adjunct session that you hold a validly purchased ticket to that adjunct session AND a validly purchased Premium Package ticket or a validly purchased Basic Package ticket. Any adjunct session tickets purchased in the name of an individual who has not also purchased a Premium Package ticket or a Basic Package ticket will be cancelled and the adjunct session ticket cost will be refunded at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by us – COVID 19 Coronavirus
If the State or Federal Government imposes restrictions on staging events due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus that result in the rescheduling of ANHC22 or the cancellation of ANHC22, you will be issued with a credit, valid for the next conference, or a full refund if the revised ANHC22 date or future conference dates are unsuitable for you. Should you decide to receive a refund, you will receive the amount paid at the time of registration minus any credit card fee and a processing fee of $10.00. We shall not be liable to you or make any compensation to you for any related expenses incurred by you arising from the cancellation or rescheduling of ANHC22.
Cancellation by us – Any other Reason
Should ANHC22 be rescheduled or cancelled for any other reason we will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid by your at registration, less an administration charge of $10.00. We shall not be liable to you or make any compensation to you for any related expenses incurred by you arising from the cancellation or rescheduling of ANHC22.
Format of conference changed to virtual
If due to unforeseen circumstances our event is amended from face-to-face delivery to virtual delivery, you will have the option of a full refund or a partial refund of your registration fee if you choose to attend the virtual event at the reduced virtual event registration fee nominated by us. We shall not be liable to you or make any compensation to you for any related expenses incurred by you arising from ANHC22 being delivered in a virtual format.
Cancellation by you
Please advise
- When a refund request is received within 24 hours of the date of registration: 100% refund minus a $10.00 processing fee.
- Until 01/09/2022: 75% refund minus a $10.00 processing fee.
- Between 01/09/2022 and 15/09/2022: 50% refund minus a $10.00 processing fee.
- Between 15/09/2022 and 31/09/2022: 25% refund minus a $10.00 processing fee.
- Between 31/09/2022 and 16/10/2022: no refund available. Transfer to the next conference will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and only transfers requested on medical grounds affecting you personally will be considered. If a transfer is granted on medical grounds, a processing fee of $50 will be charged to you.
